1680 VALUES YOU

After nearly a year in operation, 1680 Soap has truly made it this far in tremendous growth thanks to everyone both here and across the Pacific ocean. 1680 had successfully reached all 50 states! "If you can't make it to Hawai'i, let us bring Hawai'i to you." For every gesture of Aloha we've given, every single customer returned the Aloha to us- tenfold. For this, we are full of mana and deepest gratitude. We brought nothing but love through our natural soaps to your doorsteps, and in this, we found and built a 1680 family across the USA. You have been, and always will be, our 'Ohana. Mahalo nui loa.

THANK YOU FOR VOTING 1680!

Mr. Koma

A true Waikīkī beach boy, born and raised on the island of O’ahu. Crafting over 6,000 soap bars by hand up to date, every soap bar is strictly made-in-house in small batches. From regular batches to all custom loaves, each batch has his undivided attention of detail, precision, and grace.

Mrs. Koma

Born in Arizona, raised in Kentucky, New Mexico, Korea, & Hawai’i— a well-rounded military child who is now your average island girl. Hand wrapping over 6,000 bars up to date, she individually inspects each bar for quality control. One of her (and 1680’s) fundamental principles is to protect nature and its’ oceans. No plastic or plastic filmed boxes all in the efforts of preserving Mother Nature’s beauty; and thanking Nature for what she provides as resources. Wrappers are Earth-friendly and biodegradable with an “old skool” 80s feel to it.
